I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The continental breakfast was good, and the staff, especially Negi, were attentive. The availability of a taxi was helpful as public transportation was scarce in the area. Additionally, the hotel was clean and had excellent facilities.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the clean and well-maintained rooms of the hotel. the location was also ideal, being near public transport and major attractions. I particularly appreciated the 24-hour hot water supply and the availability of tea and coffee in the rooms.

The hotel lacked a bar and served no alcoholic beverages. the staff, particularly in the front office, seemed untrained and unable to handle basic requests, which resulted in a less than satisfactory experience.
